1960s-themed Birthday Bash: The BASH

You've seen the Save the Date and the Invitation for this 1960s themed bash, now here are some shots from the BASH itself! Maren of Maren Parsons Events is the mastermind behind this amazing event. Her vision transformed this hotel ballroom into a crisp, white backdrop for a colorful party--from the fresh color palette to the custom dance floor! With her inspiration she assembled a team of creative professionals to make this event unique. Mindy Rice's gorgeous floral arrangements are vibrant burst of color against the white. Corbin Gurkin captured the night with amazing photography. Lilly & Louise created the escort cards, menus, and table numbers--and did you notice the custom coasters that match the dance floor?? We pulled the icons from the Save the Date into the event by using them on the escort cards and menus, and we were excited to see that even the dessert course followed suite!

On the invitation, guests were encouraged to dress 1960s style, whether it was tie dye and braids, or buttoned up and slick Mad Men-style.

While designing the menus, we wanted something a little more exciting than first course, second course, etc., so we looked back to the music of the 1960s for some inspiration...and found some perfect fits!
